Terms of use
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "ToU") govern access to and use of the CodeStarter website (hereinafter the "Website"), published by AM Tech. By accessing the Website, you unconditionally accept these ToU.
1. Purpose
These ToU define the terms and conditions of use of the Website, as well as the rights and obligations of users. The Website is published by AM Tech, a French sole proprietorship with registered office at 138 Avenue Victor Hugo, 75016 Paris.
2. Website access
Access to the Website is free. Telecommunication access and usage costs are borne by the user, according to the terms set by their access providers and telecommunications operators.
AM Tech uses all reasonable means to ensure continuous access to the Website, but cannot guarantee permanent availability. The Website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or update reasons.
3. Description of services
The Website offers access to an online training course dedicated to web development with artificial intelligence (Claude Code). The training course includes videos, practical exercises, and educational content.
4. Website usage
The user agrees to use the Website in compliance with these ToU and applicable laws. The following are notably prohibited:
- Using the Website for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Interfering with the operation or integrity of the Website
- Attempting unauthorized access to computer systems
- Reproducing, copying, distributing, or sharing all or part of the training content without prior authorization
- Reselling, transferring, or making access to the training course available to third parties
5. Intellectual property
All elements constituting the Website and the training course (videos, texts, source code, graphics, logos) are the exclusive property of AM Tech, and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Purchasing the training course confers a personal, non-transferable right of access. It does not, under any circumstances, constitute a transfer of intellectual property over the content.
6. Personal data and cookies
The Website does not directly collect or store any personal data. There is no authentication system or user account. Only technical connection data (IP address, approximate location) is automatically processed by our host (Vercel) in connection with the operation of the Website.
The Website does not use first-party cookies. No advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies are placed by AM Tech. For more details, see our Privacy Policy, accessible from the website footer.
7. Hyperlinks
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, provided for informational purposes only. AM Tech is not responsible for the content of these external websites.
8. Limitation of liability
AM Tech strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Website. However, AM Tech does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information published.
AM Tech cannot be held liable for the results obtained by the user as a result of the training course. Success depends in particular on the learner's personal involvement.
9. Changes to the ToU
AM Tech reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Website. The user is invited to consult this page regularly.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These ToU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Paris.
