Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "ToS") govern the contractual relationship between AM Tech and its customers in connection with the sale of the online training course CodeStarter.

1. Purpose

These ToS define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of the online training course CodeStarter offered by AM Tech, a French sole proprietorship with registered office at 138 Avenue Victor Hugo, 75016 Paris (SIRET: 907 743 819 00035).

2. Product

The CodeStarter training course is a digital product giving access to online educational content (videos, exercises, source code) dedicated to learning web development with artificial intelligence (Claude Code).

3. Price

The price of the training course is displayed in euros on the Website. VAT not applicable in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

AM Tech reserves the right to modify the price of the training course at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the Website constitutes a firm and definitive commitment by the buyer. Order confirmation implies full acceptance of these ToS.

A confirmation email is sent to the buyer after payment validation.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card through our secure payment provider. Payment is due immediately upon order.

AM Tech does not store any banking data. All transactions are processed securely by our payment provider.

6. Access to the training course

Access to the training course is granted upon payment confirmation. The buyer receives personal, non-transferable access to the training content.

It is strictly forbidden to share, resell, or make available to third parties one's access credentials or the content of the training course.

7. Right of withdrawal — Waiver

The CodeStarter training course is digital content supplied on an intangible medium, access to which is delivered immediately after payment.

In accordance with Article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the customer expressly acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal upon order confirmation, since performance of the service begins immediately after payment confirmation.

Consequently, no refund request will be accepted after order confirmation.

8. Liability

AM Tech commits to providing a quality training course in line with the description presented on the Website.

AM Tech's liability is limited to the amount of the order. AM Tech cannot be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the training course, nor for the professional results obtained by the learner.

9. Warranties

The training course benefits from the statutory warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). In the event of content not conforming to the description, the buyer may request compliance or, failing that, a refund.

10. Data protection

Personal data collected in connection with orders is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, accessible from the website footer.

11. Mediation

In the event of a dispute, the customer may use the consumer mediation service free of charge. The competent mediator is indicated on request at contact@anthonymarandon.fr.

The customer may also file a complaint on the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

12. Applicable law

These ToS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution and mediation, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Paris.
